How the oasis is formed.
Every Elements project follows the same four-phase process, from the first conversation in your backyard to the day you walk out and live in it. This is how we protect your vision, your budget, and your timeline at every step.
For clients who want it done right.
Elements builds luxury outdoor environments in the $150K to $1M+ range. Projects at this level require real planning, real design investment, and a team that knows how to execute across multiple trades without losing the thread. This process is how we do that.
The beginning of it all.
The first meeting happens on your property. Tyler walks the space with you, looks at what's there and what needs to go, and listens to what you're envisioning. Then comes the budget conversation.
Elements works with projects starting at $150,000, with most residential builds falling between $250K and $1M+. We raise this early because it shapes the entire design. If the vision and the budget align, we move forward. If there's a gap, we'll say so.
What to expect:
A $5,000 plan before a single shovel moves.
Most pool builders hand clients a basic sketch. Elements invests $5,000 in full architectural drawings and photo-realistic 3D renderings before construction begins. At this budget level, you should be able to see your finished oasis, review every material, and make changes before anything is built.
The plan covers the entire outdoor environment: pool, hardscape, landscape, fire features, and outdoor living. Tyler and Scott develop it together, so every element is designed as part of one cohesive vision rather than handed off separately. The detailed budget and contract are also finalized here, so there are no surprises when construction starts.
What to expect:
From Permit to Pour.
With the plan approved, Elements manages everything: structural engineering, permitting, zoning compliance, trade coordination, and construction. Because Scott holds both a CGC and CPC license, the team controls the full scope of the build. One team, one timeline, one point of accountability.
For homeowners building with a custom home builder, Elements integrates directly into the construction schedule and communicates at a general contractor level. The exterior stays on pace with the interior, and the certificate of occupancy doesn't get held up by the outdoor work.
What to expect:
The work is done.
The feeling starts now.
Before signing off, the Elements team walks the completed project with you and reviews every detail against the original plan. Anything that doesn't meet the standard gets addressed before the project closes.
Hidden in the tile work of every pool we build is the Elements logo. It's been there since the beginning, and it means the same thing every time: this was built with intention, and we stand behind it.
What to expect:
Bring Your Vision
to Life.
The first step is a conversation. We'll come to you, walk the space, and talk through what's possible. Projects start at $150,000.
