About Us

Built to be felt.

Elements serves the Gulf Coast with fully integrated luxury outdoor living spaces. We design and build custom pools, exotic landscapes, and elegant fire features. One team, from start to finish.

The Founders

Two craftsmen.
One oasis.

Elements started during the COVID lockdowns when Scott Eason and Tyler Lancaster looked at the Gulf Coast luxury market and kept seeing the same problem. Stunning custom homes with backyards that felt disconnected, built by separate pool and landscape crews who never really talked to each other. The exterior was always the last thing anyone owned, and it showed.

Scott brought 15+ years of custom waterfront construction to the table, along with credentials most pool builders don't have: a Certified General Contractor (CGC) license, a Certified Pool and Spa Contractor (CPC) license, and a degree from the University of Florida's Rinker School of Construction Management. Tyler brought a reputation as one of the Gulf Coast's most inventive landscape designers, known throughout the industry as one of the "Coral Kings" for his work with exotic stone, coral, and tropical flora.

They built Elements to solve the problem they kept seeing: a single company that could own the entire outdoor space, from the pool shell to the last plant in the ground, with one cohesive vision throughout.

Built Beyond

General contractor expertise.
Pool builder execution.

Scott holds both a CGC license and a CPC license, which puts Elements in a category most pool companies simply can't access. The team understands the full construction process: engineering, permitting, trade sequencing, and certificate of occupancy. That knowledge changes how the work gets done.

Elements works alongside Eason Builders Group, one of Florida's premier custom home builders, and that relationship has defined the standard for how we engage with every builder partner. When a contractor delivers the home, Elements owns everything beyond it, held to the same standard the build itself demands.

For builders and contractors who want an exterior partner they never have to second-guess, Elements brings the design vision, the technical expertise and the general contracting depth to execute without friction. Every trade coordinated. Every detail owned. The exterior delivered as though it were always part of the original plan.

Built for Both

We work with two kinds of clients.
both deserve the same Result.

For homeowners

A lot of clients come to Elements with an outdated pool that no longer fits their life, or raw backyard space on a new build they don't know what to do with. Either way, the ask is the same: transform it into something resort-level without the hassle of managing multiple contractors.

Elements handles the complete transformation, from custom pool design and exotic landscaping to fire features, outdoor kitchens, and every detail in between. Clients get one consultation, one design process, and one team through to completion. Tyler shows up in person, walks the space, and starts building the vision in the first meeting. If the budget and the vision align, the process moves quickly from there.

For builders & architects

Custom home builders working on $1M–$10M+ properties in the Sarasota and Manatee area already know how complicated the exterior gets. Pool sub-contractors miss timelines. Landscape crews work independently. The backyard ends up looking like a project nobody owned.

Elements is built to function as a builder's exterior partner. The team integrates directly into the construction schedule, communicates at a GC level, and delivers the complete outdoor environment without the coordination overhead. Builders who work with Elements handle the inside. Elements handles everything outside.

Meet the Team

The People Behind the Oasis.

Tyler Lancaster — Co-Founder & Landscape Designer

Tyler Lancaster

Co-Founder & Landscape Designer

Tyler came to Florida from Texas and quickly built a reputation as one of the Gulf Coast's most distinctive landscape designers. His team earned the "Coral Kings" name through a body of work defined by exotic stone, coral, and tropical flora sourced globally and installed with an organic sensibility. His 70/30 planting philosophy produces landscapes that look rooted in their environment rather than placed on top of it.

Scott Eason — Co-Founder & Builder

Scott Eason

Co-Founder & Builder

Scott grew up on Florida's Gulf Coast and spent the early part of his career in construction management before founding Eason Builders Group in 2011, a custom home building operation now doing $60–75M annually on Florida's barrier islands. He holds a CGC, CPC, and is a LEED Accredited Professional with a degree from UF's Rinker School of Construction Management.

Kimberly Wilmot — Project Coordinator

Kimberly Wilmot

Project Coordinator

Kimberly manages permitting, scheduling, and project coordination across every Elements build. She came to the role from a background in real estate and construction administration, and brings the same level of organization and communication to the job site that clients expect from the design process. She's the operational backbone that keeps complex multi-trade projects on schedule and on vision.

By Invitation

Let's start with

your backyard.

We meet clients in person, walk the space, and build the vision before talking numbers. If the project is a fit, we move forward with a full architectural plan and 3D rendering so you can see exactly what you're getting before construction begins.
