Commercial Constructions

Resort-grade. Built to perform.

The standards for a commercial aquatic environment are categorically different from a residential build. Higher use, stricter code, more complex mechanical systems, and a guest experience that has to be flawless from day one. Elements builds for all of it.

Who We Build For

What we design and build.

We work with developers, hospitality groups, and property owners who understand that the pool is not an amenity. It is the centerpiece.

Proven Track Record

What's different
at this scale.

Commercial pools operate differently. Code requirements are more stringent. Mechanical systems run longer hours under heavier load. Materials are specified for longevity under continuous use, not occasional weekends.

Scott Eason's general contracting licensure means we work directly with engineers, architects, and commercial developers. We understand ADA compliance, commercial pump and filtration specifications, health department requirements, and the coordination demands of a larger build site.

The result is a pool environment that performs as well on day 1,000 as it did on opening day.

Elements Process

The commercial build process.

Commercial projects follow the same four-phase structure as our residential work, consultation, design, and build, with additional coordination layers for ownership groups, architects of record, and permitting authorities.

We provide full documentation, engineer-stamped drawings where required, and a single point of contact from first meeting to final inspection.

Typical commercial timeline: 9 to 18 months depending on scope, site conditions, and permitting jurisdiction.

The Mark

Why it still looks like Elements.

Scale doesn't change the standard. A beach club pool should stop a guest mid-step. A hotel courtyard should make the property worth photographing. A rooftop water feature should feel like it was always meant to be there.

We bring the same material selectivity, the same design integration, and the same finishing standard to every commercial project that we bring to a private residence. The only difference is the number of people who get to experience it.

By Invitation

Developing a commercial property in Southwest Florida?

We meet clients in person, walk the space, and build the vision before talking numbers. If the project is a fit, we move forward with a full architectural plan and 3D rendering so you can see exactly what you're getting before construction begins.
