Who We Are

A masterfully-crafted
coastal oasis.

We specialize in helping you bring to life a unique coastal oasis with thoughtful design and seamless integration of natural elements into a personalized luxury waterscape.

The story of Elements is the story of two craftsmen who saw a better way. Scott Eason, a certified general contractor and pool builder with 15+ years of custom waterfront construction, and Tyler Lancaster, a visionary landscape designer, founded Elements during the COVID lockdown to connect the space from the inside out.

The Three Elements

Every oasis begins with three.

Water sets the mood. Earth sets the stage. Fire sets the hour. Nothing is added until all three have agreed.

Water — lap pools and reflecting surfaces

Water — still,
salted, lit.

Infinity edges that borrow the Gulf. Perimeter-overflow mirrors polished to match the sky at sunset. Sotto voce jets. No splash zone, no chatter.

Earth — hardscape and stonework

Earth — cut,
laid, lived in.

Thermaled travertine, oil‑finished ipê, cleft bluestone. We source five quarries and reject four. Softscape is planted for the way it moves when the coastal wind arrives.

Fire — fire bowls, pits, torches

Fire — low,
lingering, amber.

Bowl, pit, torch, and the hush between. Gas runs are hand‑tuned; flame height is specified to the inch. We write the evening like a musical score. And the fire is its metronome.

We asked for a pool. Tyler drew a stage. The first evening we used it, our guests stayed until the Gulf stopped moving.

The Atelier

Four steps, one studio.

Every Elements oasis moves through the same four stages. The same hands carry the work from first walk-through to final flame.

Consultation
— the first walk.

A conversation on your property. Lifestyle, sight lines, how you want to use the space. No pitch deck, no pressure, just the land, the light, and what the evening could become.

Duration· Two Weeks

Design
— the score.

We invest in the plan. Architects and interior designers shape tile, stone, planting, and hardscape before any ground is broken, so the pool, the garden, and the fire all arrive as one composition.

Duration· Four to Eight Weeks

Permitting
— setting the stage.

With your design finalized, we handle every aspect of the permitting process on your behalf. Our deep familiarity with Gulf Coast municipalities means approvals move efficiently, without delays, and without the burden falling on you.

Duration· Four to Eight Weeks

Build
— under canvas.

One team, one timeline, weekly updates. Pool, landscape, hardscape, and fire are delivered as a single coordinated build, with the same care on site that shaped the first sketch.

Duration· three to six months

Selected commissions.

Said of the House
Tyler does not build pools. He rehearses evenings — and then hands you the stage. We have entertained three times a week since move‑in, and have yet to be anywhere more theatrical.

The Mark

Every pool we build carries a signature.

Not loud. Not expected.
Just intentionally placed, like a
hidden detail you discover over time.

Our mark is set into the waterline as a symbol of craftsmanship, individuality, and the belief that luxury lives in the details. No two placements are ever the same, making each pool uniquely tied to the home it was created for.

A subtle stamp.
A permanent impression.
An Elements signature beneath the surface.
